EIRA Resilience measures how infrastructure, water systems, territories and ecosystems withstand climate and operational pressure. Combining climate and satellite data, AI-assisted analysis and expert validation, it builds the frameworks, indicators and baselines to track resilience over time.
It answers: how resilient is a system, where is it vulnerable, and how much stronger has an investment made it?
